Used Specialist cars a few times for my 320d F30. Staff were actually attentive, but tried it on with a buckled wheel replacement that was actually OK and didn't need to be replaced.Had two brake pads replaced which cost 270! Would have been 100 cheaper elsewhere. They are expensive and a bit of a con.
