Recently bought a beautiful Audi S5 Convertible from these guys.As i live over 200 miles away Derek kindly let me put a fully refundable deposit on the car until i could view the car..that was on the Friday.On the Monday i travelled down on the train to view the car...was picked up from the train station by Derek & as we pulled up to the dealership my car was sat there already for a test drive.I was welcomed with a hot cup of coffee & after looking round the car & taking it for a test drive i was certain to have the car is was imaculate & exactly as the advert said.I can honestly say i have never been to a car dealership like it in my life (& i have had a lot of cars).Grant & Derek are very professional & polite the showroom is spotless & overhaul the best car buying experience ive ever had.To top it all off...6 months warranty & 12 months AA cover as standard for complete piece of mind.Thanks lads really love the car its an absolute gem,Jarrod Spedding.
I bought a Mercedes e250 off them just over 2 years ago the car had about 70,000 miles we payed over 15 thousand, I have now needed to replace the whole engine and it has set me back 8000 pounds I was told that the car had work done to its engine prior to me buying my car by the mechanic who checked my car was able to notice this. A few weeks later after buying my car I started to have problems with it while I was on holiday and had to change all of the filters which I was told were all done before and when we called them about they said that the insurance doesnt cover that so we are not able to reimburse you which I found absolutely ridiculous. I would highly recommend you dont buy a car from them
Excellent service. Spoke to Derick initially but he was on holiday for collection. Traveled down from Aberdeen to collect at night. Grant kept in touch in case of any flight delays. Car was immaculate, sorted paperwork and 20 mins later was on my way. Top guys.
I never write reviews but this is important if youre travelling from afar with the intention to come home with a new car. Im so disappointed at the service received at the GT Academy showroom. I was interested in a particular vehicle and made a query before traveling down. I made the effect to travel 30 miles, upon arrival I was met by an incredibly lazy salesman. Steve had no sales technique and he was not interested in what my questions were. I understand pricing can be difficult to negotiate, however he did not want to help himself nor me. He had no knowledge of the car, I kindly asked him to talk through the features of the car, to which he replied it speaks for itself. I currently drive a luxury car, I came along with the complete finance and intention to buy this car but Steve was not interested to sell it. The truth is Steve did not want to sell it to someone of colour. I absolutely loved the vehicle, but the showroom did not deserve my sale. I told Steve I had looked at a few other similar vehicles, he responded by saying I should go buy it there. I would rather pay more and receive the support and enthusiasm. I would not recommend this showroom to anyone who is excited to buy a new vehicle and especially if youre of colour.
Professional service, its not like other dealer you met before. I met only Derek and he was very polite helpful and very professional. Outstanding service. The one I bought was Mini Cooper convertible Sidewalk (R52). It was pleasure to deal with GT Academy Group. Highly recommended.
