I've been seeing the same owners all my life. I live in London now and cannot find chips of the same quality. Whenever I head home I always head back to Akeman St. and am reassured to see the same owners offering the same amazing chips.
A lovely fish chip shop run by a family business. The people working there are very friendly. It's fantastic priced with large chips from only 1.70 and can 1 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are and what else your eating. I have eaten from all of the fish and chip shops in tring and this one is the best of all of them. The chip test a lot nice then the once from the other fish and chip shops. Definitely worth eating her.
Absolutely the best fish n chips for miles, it's a tiny little and shop and the owner has been here my whole life. The whole town loves this guy ! The chips are not thick and dry like most shops, but they are old fashion style, he has a secret ingredient for sure. Everyone who lives in the area knows this is the best.There is often a line of people waiting at 6:30 when it it opens. CLOSED ON MONDAYS
