Enjoyed the visit, did feel a little hard to find my way around but the staff were always on hard to point me in the right direction. Also enjoyed my three treatments, well worth the money. The only thing to avoid to phone in your book (and I had a voucher and was forced to phone) they charged me 10 my make my booking.
Amazing weekend stay at Champneys, Tring! Top notch service, great facilities and beautiful surroundings. The staff do all they can to make you feel at home and deliver the best experience possible, from the treatments to the food. I stayed here for a night with friends for my 40th birthday and it was a truly wonderful stay and just the relaxing break we needed (without our children ).I would definitely recommend to friends and family alike, knowing that there is something for everyone and I really don't think anyone would leave feeling disappointed. We had a great time. Thank you so much for giving us a memorable weekend away. Can't wait to return!
The service, friendliness of (all) staff and food was faultless. My partner and I couldn't have been happier with our stay. We were particularly impressed with the smooth check-in process and how attentively Julie (front of house staff) took care of us. Thank you sincerely. See you soon.
Nice pleasant place. Too many swimming pools and no real proper steam room or sauna rooms. The whole place is very large and felt a Turkish bath would be more appropriate but lacking. I has a facial massage that was nice and the food satisfactory. Cafe closed too early at 6pm, should be much longer and the outdoor jacuzzi was switched off also early at 4pm.Probably give it a miss next time. Too pricey.
Lovely experience. The walk from the main reception to our room was pretty long but the facilities overall was lovely. They were refurbishing an area which disrupted the ambiance that was created when going to get a facial but other than that, it was a good experience. The food wasn't the best either.
