I have been calling every single day for 9 days now to speak with solicitor on quite and urgent matter. Every single day I am told that there is no-one available to speak with and that i will be called back shortly. Still no phone call after leaving my number over 9 times. The staff in the call centre are also very rude! would not recommend if you want someone who is professional to work on your case!
