Some good doctor's but you're unlikely to ever see one as you can never get throught to them. If you do attempt to call them, someone will eventually find your skeletal remains clutching to the telephone with the last number dialled being Rothschild House surgery...
A very good Surgery with friendly and welcoming staff. The Clinical care is also first rate. Able to get appointments in a timely manner and able to be seen at their branch sites too which are all great. Would highly recommended to anyone in the area.
Can never get an answer when calling, especially dispensary. I called over 30 times in 1 day to try and find out if my prescription was ready to collect after issues with it being accepted and signed off by my GP. Left lots of messages and never received a call back. As my prescription was running out I had to drive to the surgery to find out what was going on. There is always a queue to get into the car park as there is not enough patient parking but always more than enough staff parking, I often wait over 20 minutes to get a space, no wonder the appointments are always running late because all the patients are desperately trying to park.

A very busy practice. Mainly helpful staff/doctors but me and my partner have come across one particular doctor who obviously has difficulties dealing with people. I was told 'I needed to be shown how to hold my son as I obviously didn't know how to do it.' This was stressed to me over and over. Before that remark I had been so grateful she had stayed on to see us as an emergency. I've worked with children for 14 years and I've worked as a nurse! Unfortunately I believe it was down to her wanting to get home quick. She was very rushed. If I can be polite and show respect after just an hours sleep then surely a GP should. I wish she had of gone home and not waited for us. Which I made her aware of as I left. Luckily my son smiled through the whole thing.
