Fantastic staff, caring and considerate.
Have seen both Faye and Holly at this practice. Both very knowledgeable, supportive vets who were happy to discuss various treatment options. We did not feel at all rushed in the appointments and had plenty of time to ask questions. Nurses also excellent and looked after our dog so thoughtfully following an epileptic fit.
Wonderful Vets - wonderful team. Been looking after my pets for 30 years and always there with advice and support from the first point of contact through to consultation with the Vets.I can't recommend them highly enough.
I love Springwell's. They are such nice people, always willing to put themselves out, to explain things in a way I understand & to repeat themselves as often as I need, always willing to fit me in in an emergency, know their stuff, always consider alternatives, always look after pets well & consider them as people. My cat is not scared to go there & I know he is in the best possible hands & he will be happy & not traumatised when I collect him, which is, I think, the best recommendation anyone could have.
