I found this place entirely by chance whilst trying to burn a few hours in Tring. Slightly hidden, but well signed to find, this establishment is a standout jewel in a town full of other gems. Definitely worth a visit.l for any beer (or gin) fan.Boasting an impressive choice of beers for such a small venue from many well known craft brewers, like Mad Squirrel and Arbor, Craft Yard seems to specialise in the fruitier and more interesting varieties. This, I am sure is by design rather than accident due to the summer months. Their selection of draught beers changes regularly too, with 6 or so on at a time, and a preview board for what is coming next.The owner was an inviting and and knowledgeable guy who is quick to help with the choice if you need it. I also met a couple of locals at the bar, who are a friendly bunch of beer lovers too. Definitely somewhere I will return when next in the area.They also have a range of about 20 or so different gins with a selection of decent mixers lf that is more your scene.There is seating inside and in their courtyard, and you can buy cans and bottles to take away.
