I just completed a 6 week Ultrafit course in Tring and look forward to carrying on. Its an amazing workout, Ive already seen positive results in my energy and fitness levels after 3 years of no exercise postpartum. Paul Winton is a top notch instructor, he is professional, punctual (important when the workout is at 6am!), approachable and very knowledgeable about fitness. The studio is large, comfortable and well equipped and the workout never gets dull. All in all, Im very happy I started Ultrafit Tring! Highly recommend to anyone.
