Limited menu, but staff nice and a lovely place.
Great food but go there very hungry as portions are huge. Lovely friendly staff. We will return.Oh it does get extremely busy
A pretty basic cafe, not especially clean, but has a certain rustic charm, and perfectly adequate considering it's location, being popular with dog walkers, or visitors following nature trails around the reservoirs, often in muddy walking shoes. It's location means it doesn't really benefit from it's surroundings, with no real views, but a pleasant place all the same with plenty of parking available via the reservoir car park. The young staff all seemed very pleasant, and can't fault the service. Good variety of menu options, although some prices are relatively expensive, and my filtered coffee barely tasted of coffee at all. Nice place for an Ice Cream in the summer!
Had a lovely lunch here. Service was good and very friendly. Has a brilliant choice on the menu and portion sizes are very generous. Food was very tasty and served nice and hot. Got a good amount of seating with outside seating available.
Fabulous little gem of a place. Lovely food and in such a beautiful spot. We sat out in the garden and they even brought out a sausage for the dog!
