From the first day Ive come into the shop the guys (Marcos, Keith and Ian) have been extremely helpful and nice to me and a friend of mine. Lots of valuable information, advice and good vibes all around. Definitely my favourite local shop.
Recently collected my NS fuzz from the bike shop after handing it over with a few major issues. When I collected it I had a few queries that where all explained in detail to me and we managed to come up with a great soloution for the extent of the work done. None of this would have been possible without Marcus the mechanic and his vast knowledge. Bike is now solid as a rock and I am looking forward to my first ride this weekend.
Took my bike to them for a service today and I was quoted 700 Ok the bikes worn out !Turned up later the same day to pick up my worn out bike and order a new 1000 bike.A conversation ensues regarding which bike is right for me but....DPD turn up and the shop staff are now more interested in dealing with a delivery than a paying customer.Staggering to say the least.
Mountain Mania in Tring is one of the best shops by far. the guys are outstanding with there help. the jobs get done for you as soon as possible Marcus the main mechanic is great at his job helping me and many of friends out. the service is great even get a lovely cup of tea made by Ben you'll be mad to go anywhere else
Very helpful bike shop highly recommend them for quality of customer service and care. My husband took in our sons bike to be fixed and the turnaround was under a week. They were also kind and thoughtful when my two children visited the store
